How to add the standard section of construction elevator accessories

We all know that the elevator needs to increase the standard section to reach the corresponding height as the floor increases. How should the standard section be increased? Guokotan lift accessories technicians point out that can be operated through the tower crane.

1. Clean off both ends of the standard joint. After applying proper amount of calcium grease to the butt joint, rack pin and pin hole, connect several sections together (no more than four sections at most) and tighten with the connecting bolts.

2. Operate the cage top; when the elevator accessories hoisting cage is close to the top of the guide rail frame, remove the upper limit and upper limit collision block, move upward and stop at the limit of anti-imp.

3. Pull the power switch on the cage top operation button box to the "total stop" position, and cut off the power in case of wrong operation.

4. Use the tower machine to lower the cone sleeve of the guide rail that has been connected, and then lift it to the height to be added. Insert it vertically and tighten the bolts.

5. Repeat the above operations to the required height.

6. Install and adjust the upper limit, limit limit and limit bump against the top limit.

7. Connect the power on the cage operation button box, place it at the special parking place, and finish the section.
